  • Assistant Professor and Head (i/c) of Centre for Planning Monitoring and Evaluation (CPME) and also faculty of Centre for Good Governance and Policy Analysis (CGGPA), National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) Hyderabad.

  • Earned Ph.D. in Economics from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, one of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) rated universities in India.

  • More than 15 years of Research, Teaching, & Training experience are with an International (Public Affairs Centre, Bangalore) and National level (NIRDPR, MoRD, GoI) think tanks. Innovated new supply-side Accountability tool (CRC+), successfully validated for Investigation fund in Karnataka Police department and Public health programme of Karnataka. Developed a manual to adopt different accountability tools using CRC, CSC and Budget analysis for better service delivery and designed for development practitioners.

  • was part of Participatory Governance Research group (PGRG) and the approach of PGRG would thus be to enhance the scope of research that can be carried out under the themes of governance and service delivery.
